These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the services provided by IG TRAVEL (hereinafter, the “Agency”), to individuals or entities (hereinafter, the “Client”) interested in travel planning and booking services.


1. NATURE OF THE SERVICES

The Agency provides the Client with the following services:

  • Personalized travel planning and advisory, including itinerary suggestions, destination selection, and activity recommendations.

  • Booking services through third-party providers (hereinafter, the “Operators”), acting solely as a commission agent, as defined under Article 273 of the Mexican Commercial Code and applicable laws.

The Agency does not provide transportation, lodging, tours, travel insurance, meals, event tickets, or any travel services directly.


2. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CLIENT, AGENCY AND OPERATOR

By using the Agency’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and the Operators providing the actual travel services.

  • The definitive contractual relationship is between the Client and the Operator; therefore, all rights and obligations related to the travel services lie solely between those two parties.

  • The Agency is not part of the legal agreement between the Client and the Operator and does not guarantee the performance, quality, availability, or delivery of services by the Operator.


3. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND LIMITED LIABILITY

  • Any cancellation, change, interruption, or failure in the provision of services is the exclusive responsibility of the Operator, under their own terms and policies.

  • The Agency is not liable for refunds, additional charges, rate changes, missed flights, accommodation issues, non-delivery of services, accidents, delays, visa or migration issues, weather conditions, civil unrest, pandemics, or any other force majeure event.

  • In the event of cancellations by the Operator, the Agency may assist with communication, but it bears no financial or legal responsibility toward the Client.


4. PAYMENTS AND COMMISSIONS

  • Payments made by the Client may include:

    • Fees for advisory and travel consulting services.

    • Charges for third-party travel services booked through or recommended by the Agency.

  • As a commission agent, the Agency may receive commissions or financial incentives from Operators, without this affecting the total cost paid by the Client.

  • When payments are made directly to an Operator, the Agency is not responsible for the handling of those funds or any resulting issues.


5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION AND REQUIREMENTS

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure they meet all travel-related requirements, including:

  • Valid passports

  • Entry visas

  • Health or vaccination certificates

  • Travel insurance

  • Minor travel permits

  • Destination-specific legal or health requirements

The Agency is not responsible for the inability to travel due to missing or insufficient documentation.


6. DATA PRIVACY

The Agency will handle the Client’s personal data in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. The full privacy policy is available at: Aviso de Privacidad


7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By requesting services from the Agency, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and expressly accepted these Terms, along with the Operator’s individual terms and conditions.


8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Mexican States. The parties submit to the competent courts of Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply due to present or future domicile.
